Quote #4 [uncertainty]

"Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing what to do is the worst kind of suffering."
Uncertainty: the silent killer. Uncertainty brings concern and paranoia. Most people will fear the worst when they don't know the truth. And that fear turns into stress; and stress= less success.  It's hard to take the next step when you don't even know what to do, what you did wrong, or even what to say? I don't know what you do to fix this, but I guess you just can't let it bother you too much or you won't be able to focus on what's important.
